A Letter from Beau & Caroline
We’re an energetic family in Texas, who enjoy fishing our neighborhood pond, hiking, and camping at National parks, and annual summer trips to the same Florida beach. As a family, we love deeply, encourage each other, and value responsibility, commitment and faith.
We always knew we wanted to raise a big family and we are hoping to adopt a boy or girl of any racial background. We would really enjoy getting to know you and the hopes you have for your child. Thank you for considering us!!
We met at church and have now been married for 16 wonderful years! We enjoy fishing for anything that we can catch, nature walks, and local farmers markets and festivals. We love planning new activities to put on the family calendar, including our family goal of exploring every National Park in the US.
Our faith is the most important thing in our lives and our entire family looks forward to church together every week. We also enjoy serving in the children’s ministry regularly.
As a couple, we have monthly date nights where we plan different activities for each one. The time spent together makes us better individuals, spouses, and parents.
Caroline is an amazing woman. She loves music, singing, cooking, reading to our children and decorating. As a stay-at-home mom, she is a planner to the core and often the anchor that holds us together. Caroline’s love for others shows in everything she does. She uses her gift of hospitality to bless those she comes in contact with. As we have grown together through the years, her selfless spirit has shown me how to focus on others. She is truly my soul mate and a devoted, wonderful mother.
Beau is a Chemical Engineer, down-to-earth, and very silly. He loves to read books in funny voices, or make bird noises in public to watch people’s reactions. He always keeps us laughing!
Beau enjoys writing and even published a Christian devotional. He loves learning new things and sharing his interests with us. He’s recently gotten into roasting his own coffee, and he always has a fascinating thing in the sky to show us through his telescope. Beau’s excitement for life is contagious and his love for his family is unmatched. He is a man of character, an excellent problem solver, a planner, a dreamer, and my best friend. He loves adventure, BIG breakfasts, nature shows, and quality time with his family.
We have four daughters: Olivia (11) is kind, helpful, loves animals, and has an incredible laugh. Saidie (9) is artistic, witty, caring, and loves the ocean. Violet (7) is joyful, brave, full of life, and gives amazing hugs. Paisley (5) is funny, expressive, inquisitive, and fearless.
It’s important to us that each of our children feel special and loved. Every month, we devote a “special” night to each child, to have time just with mom and dad. On that night they pick the activity, such as a game, a pillow fight, baking together, or snuggling to read their favorite book. This tradition is a big hit among our girls!
As a family, we enjoy weekly movie nights with a big bowl of popcorn, Beau’s Saturday morning pancakes, and Caroline’s storytimes. Every morning we have breakfast together, reading from the Bible and praying together before we start our day. And occasionally, we’ll have a tea party, complete with fancy hats, china, frilly dresses and all the tiny food you can eat!
We have a large, close-knit, supportive extended family spread out in Oklahoma, Mississippi, Texas, and Virginia. We love traveling to see our loved ones for holidays and school breaks. Grandparents, on both sides, visit us often and have great relationships with our daughters. We also have a large group of friends who are like family to us. Everyone is looking forward to welcoming the child we adopt into the family.
We live in an adorable town outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area. There are lots of children in our neighborhood and we can walk to the girls’ school. We have multiple ponds where we fish for catfish, as well as a community pool and several parks within our subdivision.
Riding bikes, blowing bubbles, sidewalk chalk and shooting hoops are regular things here. Our backyard has a trampoline and two big picnic tables for lots of time with family and friends.
You can usually find us in the kitchen preparing meals together or making snacks while we listen to music or chat about our days. In the fall, we make apple pies to share with all our neighbors! Our open living room is a favorite space for dance parties, movies, and game nights together.
More than anything, we want you to know we will love your child unconditionally and will nurture him or her to be the best person that he or she can be. We promise to provide an upbringing that is God-centered, with values such as generosity, kindness, and respect for others. We also promise to encourage your child’s hopes and dreams and to provide the best possible education. Your child will be cherished in our loving family, and have a home where he or she will always be safe and accepted for who they are.
If you’d like, we want you to be a part of your child’s life, and we will be happy to share updates and on-going contact, or even visits, with you. Your child will always know where he or she came from and how we love you as a part of our family’s story.

|More About Our Family|
We started our National Park journey in 2016 and have visited 12 so far including being able to camp in a tent for several. This has been a wonderful journey for us to be able to explore the beauty that God made together as a family. We hope to inspire our children to see how much nature can revive you and how refreshing it is for your soul. We hope to visit all 62 National parks by the time our last child graduates college. It will be fun to watch our family grow and make memories on our adventures through the parks over the years. We just bought a bunkhouse RV to be able to go to more parks all throughout the year.
Olivia, our 12-year-old, loves horses and has taken horseback riding lessons. If she could live on a farm and work in the barn all day, she would. She loves reading, singing (she is taking voice lessons this year) and dressing fancy. She has an amazing laugh and has a lot of self confidence. She is very loving and nurturing and wants to always be a good helper. She is looking forward to being a big sister again.
|Our Extended Family|
We have family in several different states. Beau's parents live about 5 hours away from us in Texas. Beau has a sister and four of the cousins who live in Mississippi and two brothers who live in Virginia, close by each other, with the remaining five cousins. Caroline's parents and sister live in Oklahoma and they visit often. We have taken many trips through the years with each of our families to the beaches of Florida on the gulf side to beautiful mountain vacations in the Smokey Mountains of Tenessee. We love having time with all the cousins and watching what a good time all of them have playing together.
|Things We Enjoy as a Family|
We love Friday night game or movie night complete with bowls of yummy popcorn. We enjoy going to the local farmers market on Saturday mornings to see what fun, new things they have from time to time. We adore going down to one of the ponds in our subdivision to catch and release fish and see the ducks and turtles. We like finding local nature preserves and state parks to go explore. We love turning the music up and dancing with all we've got in our living room. We enjoy working hard to get a job done and playing hard to celebrate with ice cream at our favorite shop, swimming at the community pool or a special trip to the local playground. We love to create moments to spend more time together as a family whether it be by planning an amazing lemonade stand and spending the entire afternoon selling lemonade together or throwing the perfect tea party fit for a Queen, we hope to create memories that will be etched in our children's hearts forever. We love going to the pumpkin patch, picking apples and going to pick out the perfect Christmas tree together. Time spent together is time well spent.
|Our Favorite Holiday||Christmas!!! We have so many decorations that we have filled an entire huge closet and part of the garage. We have multiple Christmas trees and everything is covered in red, green and buffalo plaid. It is the MOST wonderful time of the year. Caroline starts decorating in early November because she can't wait any longer. We start listening to Christmas music in October. We usually have at least one party at our home with a theme; Ugly Sweater, Matching Christmas PJ's or Over-the-top Christmas. We enjoy going and finding a tree to cut down and spending the day decorating while listening to music and drinking eggnog and hot chocolate and end the day with a Christmas movie. We make cookies and attend festivities like parades, concerts or tree lighting ceremonies. We started a family tradition many years ago to wrap up 25 books every December and they get to open a book each night starting Dec 1st leading up to Christmas, it continues to be one of the girls most anticipated and loved traditions. We love watching Christmas movies, singing songs and having friends and family over to celebrate the season together. We try to go Christmas caroling as well. We also started the tradition years ago of giving our children 4 gifts each year for Christmas; 1. Something they Need 2. Something they Want 3. Something to Read 4. Something to Wear. It has helped us to put more emphasis on Jesus being the reason for the Season.|
|Harper Mae||Our doggie is Harper Mae! She is a black and tan mini doxie. She has a great personality that is happy and full of energy. She has been such an amazing addition to our family. The girls have been so helpful and excited about having an animal to love and care for. We look forward to many years and memories to be made with her!|
