Facing an Unplanned Pregnancy?
Thinking about Open Adoption for your Baby or Child?
For birth parents, we offer confidentiality, guidance, and encouragement during and after the adoption.
We care about what you want and need and have been helping birth families of all ages nationwide with their adoption plans for over 35 years.
You might be pregnant with an unplanned pregnancy or have a child who is already born. You may be a friend or family member of someone who is pregnant and seeking resources and help. Adoption is one option to consider. Many resources are available at no cost to the placing parents—referred to as the “birth mother” or “birth parent.” You will find this term used throughout the site and in the free adoption information you may choose to request.
When you find one or more adoptive parents you are interested in speaking to or emailing, you can contact one of the qualified adoption coordinators. They work with birth parents to help them find just the right match in adoptive parents. They will help the birth parents make an adoption plan for their baby. Each coordinator is a caring woman who desires to help women facing unplanned pregnancies with parenting choices or adoption. We have many resources to help and we never charge birth families for these services. There are many choices for women in open adoption: the type of adoptive home you want, the social background that is important for you such as education, music or sports, and faith that your child will be raised in. Because of the choices in an open adoption, you as a birth parent may now feel more comforted as you see your child growing happy, healthy, and safe in the adoptive family that you were able to choose for them. There is also the option of having the adoptive parents selected for you by adoption coordinator with your wishes in mind. Because of the open adoption today, women like yourself have peace of mind in their option.
