Hello!
Adoption has already been a great blessing for us and we are so excited to add a precious daughter into our loving Christian home. Our youngest son was adopted and we all look forward to becoming a family of 5 through adoption again! As a family we enjoy traveling, camping in our big RV, as well as everyday life at home. We love any time we spend together! Your child will be loved and cherished in our family, and we will gladly share letters, pictures and visits with you, if you’d like an open adoption.
About Us
We met on a medical mission trip in Panama and have now been married for 17 years! We have two sons: our younger son was adopted as a newborn and our oldest is our biological son. We are so proud of our boys! We’ve always longed to add a little girl to our family and we feel strongly we are called to adopt again.
As a family, we love to travel, explore and enjoy the outdoors, love to camp out by the beach or in the mountains, love to fish, play board games, watch movies. Every night we love to cook together and have a family meal at the dinner table. We read with the kids before bedtime and make time each night for a devotional and time to pray together.
About Adela
Adela is an amazing, loving wife and mother. She loves the Lord and wants to reflect His love to those around her. She takes great care of our household and loves being a mom to her two boys. She is always there for them with a listening ear and support and encouragement.
Adela’s an amazing cook and fabulous cake decorator. She finds joy in photography, reading, gardening. She enjoys helping others and has a background caring for others as a Pharmacist. She’s currently a stay-at-home mom, and really enjoys the quality time it gives her with our boys. I know Adela looks forward to raising a daughter too, and becoming a mom of three.
About Jeremy
Jeremy is an incredible, loving husband, and a godly man. He is the sweetest daddy who loves to spend quality time playing with or teaching our boys. He’s very passionate about sharing God’s love through his words and music, and his fun personality always makes us smile. He works hard to provide for our family as a Physician’s Assistant. He is compassionate and kind and his patients love him.
Jeremy enjoys taekwondo, reading, being out in nature, and playing guitar. At our church, he loves helping out with worship and enjoys leading a children’s program. Jeremy’s so excited to have a little girl in our family.
Our Family Life
Our Sons
Lucas, 15, is a naturally responsible teen and a wonderful, quiet leader. He’s sensitive of other’s needs, kind, compassionate, loves music and enjoys being a big brother. Samuel, 8, is full of life and adventure! He is a little social butterfly and is always up for a playing a new game. They’re both excited that we are hoping to adopt again, and they even pray nightly for their future baby sister.
Our Extended Family
Jeremy’s family lives in New Mexico and they come up a couple times a year to visit and we love going camping together in the Pacific NW. Adela grew up in Romania and her parents now live nearby and love being a part of our lives. We’re so thankful to have such supportive loving family who we can rely on.
On holidays, we enjoy traditional yummy meals with our loved ones. We love celebrating Resurrection Day on Easter and at Christmas time we enjoy many meaningful traditions like special birthday party for Jesus, exchanging ornaments, baking Christmas cookies, “decking the halls” and putting up a big Christmas tree. We look forward to including your child in our holiday traditions and making new memories together as a family.
Our Home in Oregon
We built our 4-bedroom home in a lovely and safe neighborhood – a wonderful place to grow and thrive! The nursery is all set up and ready to welcome our little girl. The backyard backs up to a wooded area with a little creek, has a play structure with a swing, fruit trees, and a garden with vegetables that we use in our meals. We love living close to our church, excellent schools, and friendly neighbors.
We recently have added an adorable little mini Aussiedoodle puppy to our family. Little Bella is a sweet and fluffy ball of cuteness and is very much adored here.
Our Faith
We strive to live out our faith by being real and authentic in our relationship with God. We pray God will instill the same faith in our own kids and give them a love and respect for others. We try to model a life committed to God by actively participating in regular church activities, home Bible studies, mission trips and other opportunities to build character and grow in faith.
Our Promise to You
We promise to surround your child with all our unconditional love and support. We will provide a safe and nurturing home, quality education and encouragement to thrive and follow her dreams. We will teach her to cook and bake yummy treats, how to catch a fish, and to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We promise to pass down our faith, how to be kind and compassionate, how to love and be loved, and to accept everyone as they are.
We promise to always honor your place in her life. She will know her story and how much she is loved by you, our family, and the Lord. We’d love to get to know you better, and continue to stay in contact with you through letters, photos, and visits if you desire.
