We are Stephen and Mary, and we want to thank you for taking the time to get to know us. We are a Christian family looking forward to sharing everything with your child- Our lives, our home, our family, and our hearts. God has led us to adoption, and we look forward to teaching your child everything about life, all about God’s creations and all he’s offered us. We are excited to meet you and learn more about you and your desires for your child. We are open to letters, photos, and visits with you if you choose.
About Us
We met on a dating website 11 years ago and have now been happily married for 8 years now. Our relationship is based on love, honesty, laughter, trust and Christian faith. We love the outdoors, going camping, having bonfires, the beach, hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, traveling, spending time with family, playing games, watching movies and sports. We enjoy going on spur of the moment trips to anywhere in the United States. We look forward to growing our family through adoption. We attend church weekly and look forward to raising our child in a Christian community.
Meet Stephen
Stephen is an Army National Guard Veteran and served 8 years and 1 tore in Iraq. He is very proud to have protected and served his country. He enjoys his work as a local tractor trailer driver and loves to work on cars and be outdoors hiking, boating, water tubing or camping. He is a kind hearted, caring, loving, honest man who has a great sense of humor and loves to make others laugh. He is dedicated to his family and is an amazing father to his 14 year old daughter, Madison. He is looking forward to teaching our next child and sharing with them his knowledge of math, ABC’s, spelling, life, camping, and how to be the best possible person they can be.
Meet Mary
Mary enjoys her work as a CDL Program Director at a college campus and being a cake baker. She has a kind heart, and is always there for others. She goes above and beyond for our family and friends and loves spending time with them. She loves to be creative, cook and bake from scratch, make new recipes and work on home improvement projects. Mary is an amazing step-mother to Madison and loves to play games with her, do her hair and teach her new things. She is looking forward to sharing her skills in baking, cooking, and building or remodeling with our next child. She looks forward to teaching them about God, their ABC’s, numbers, life skills and how to always respect others.
Our Family and Friends
Our daughter, Madison is 14 and enjoys reading, hiking, camping, amusement parks, spending time with her cousins and drawing; she is an amazing artist who one day wishes to become an animator. She is so excited to be a big sister! She looks forward to keeping her sibling safe, loving him or her and looks forward to sharing her art skills and teach them how to read.
We are blessed to have such a huge extended family with happy marriages and kids. Our family lives all over and we all make plans to be together regularly. We all love to go on vacation together, spend a lot of time together, laugh together and enjoy life together. Our family is very supportive of our adoption and they are all thrilled to meet their new great-grandchild, grandchild, cousin, niece or nephew. Your child will be surrounded by so much love from the moment he or she arrives.
Our Home in South Carolina
Our beautiful 4-bedroom home sits on a quarter acre of land surrounded by palm trees. Our neighborhood is very peaceful and has friendly neighbors and plenty of kids throughout the community. We have plenty of space to play games, run, and enjoy nature around our home. Our home has a loft with a movie theater set up, a dining room, a family room, and a spacious kitchen where we create new recipes and have family time together. We have excellent schools around us, huge playgrounds, a community pool, and a beach we enjoy going to as a family.
Our Promise
We promise to provide your child with a Christian home full of unconditional love, laughter, and encouragement. We will always be there, care for and listen to them and give him or her every opportunity to be their best self. They will be cherished, protected and provided for. We will share with them everything we know and promise to provide for them financially and educationally. We look forward to an open relationship with you through letters, photos, and visits.
